Joining a CDM+ Group Online Training Class

To join the currrent scheduled CDM+ Group Online Training class, 5-10 minutes before the posted class time, do the following:

Call this phone number: 605-477-3000 and enter the access code: 518347#. This will allow you join a conference call for the audio portion of the class. Note! This is not a toll-free number; long distance charges may apply.

Click on the name below of the currently available class. This will open a welcome screen for the video portion of the upcoming class.

To avoid disruption of an ongoing class, please be prompt!
Problems connecting?
Clicking the class name doesn't work: The link will only be active 10 minutes prior and 5 minutes after the stated class time.
My web browser gives me an error message when I click on the class name: You must access the website with a Java-enabled web browser. Most versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, Opera and Netscape have Java, although their performance may vary. For fast viewing, click here to download and install Sun's latest Java technology in your browser prior to joining a class.
The phone number doesn't seem to work: Make sure you entered the number correctly, including the # sign at the end of the access code. If your phone requires you to dial 1 before a long-distance number, be sure to add it to the beginning. Finally, do not call the number more than 5-10 minutes before the stated class time.
Neither the phone number or the link work: Make sure you have made the necessary time adjustment if you live in a time zone other than the Eastern time zone. For example, Missouri residents (Central time zone) need to subtract 1 hour and California residents (Pacific time zone) need to subtract 3 hours from the time listed.
