In order for CDM+ Technical Support staff to work with your database, you will need to upload your database to the CDM+ File Depot. Please use the pdf file attached to this tech note - Uploading a File to CDM+ File Depot Site_1 - which will guide you through this process.
To determine what file(s) to upload -
- CDM+ Versions prior to Version 8.0 - please use the pdf attached, Determining Name and Location of CDM+ 712 Datafile.
- CDM+ Versions prior to Version 8.2 - please use the pdf attached, Backup database bundle (Windows based) or Backup database bundle (Mac based)
- CDM+ Versions 8.2 or later - simply perform the backup function within CDM+ and upload the resulting .backup file.
