The CDM+ Web Ministry Tools Payment Administration window also allows you to charge a card or a bank account. This can be use for payments made outside a Web Ministry Tool, for example, payment of the rental fee for use of the church hall.
Click on the Create One-Time Charge button at the top of the Payment Administration window, enter the amount, a memo (optional) and billing name and address.
Click either Credit Card
or Bank Account tab and enter the payment information.
Click Create Charge.
NOTE! Unlike transactions made through a Web Ministry Tool on your website, a charge made here will NOT be automatically assigned an account number. You can provide an account number in the Deposit Processing window.
