How Do I Use Account Sets?

In preparing regular accounting reports, CDM+ lets you filter the report to include specific accounts by choosing Selected Accounts on the standard search. At the bottom of the list of selected accounts, you can use the Select Accounts button to choose the ledger accounts that will be included on the report. You can also save the set to be used again in this or another report. To load a previously saved set, simply click the Load Set button.

You can manage your saved sets from the search window, but saving a set requires you to type the name. Managing account sets is easier from the Account Sets window. The Account Sets window is accessed from the Ledger menu in the Accounting program. From this window, you can easily create new sets, delete sets that are no longer needed, and make changes to existing sets without having to remember and retype the set name precisely.
